Born in Brooklyn NY, Dr. Bobrow was raised in New Haven Connecticut. Completing his undergraduate training at the University of Rochester graduating Magna Cum Laude, he continued his medical training at the University of Rochester Medical School. Moving home to New Haven to complete his Internship at Yale New Haven Hospital, he returned to Rochester for his residency in Dermatology in 1996.

Dr. Bobrow was board certified in Dermatology in 2000. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a Clinical Senior Instructor in Dermatology at the University of Rochester School of Medicine.

Dr. Ignatovich graduated from Brighton High School, and attended University of Rochester throughout her undergraduate and graduate years. She received her MD degree in 2005, and completed the dermatology residency at the University of Rochester / Strong Memorial Hospital in 2009.

Dr. Ignatovich is proficient in Russian as a second language. She was board certified in Dermatology in 2009 and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at the University of Rochester School of Medicine.

Dr. Bender grew up in Minnesota. She completed her undergraduate and Master’s degree training at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Bender then attended medical school at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, where she earned her MD as well as a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Medicine in 2020. She completed dermatology residency in 2024 at the University of Rochester Medical Center where she was chief resident. She is passionate about research and has been awarded grants by the National Institutes of Health and the American Medical Association Foundation. She regularly publishes articles in major medical and dermatology journals, is on the editorial board, and presents at national meetings.

Dr. Bender is a board-certified dermatologist and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, running, hiking, and exploring all that Rochester, the Finger Lakes, and Adirondacks have to offer.

Born in Rochester and attended Bishop Kearney High school, Crystal is a graduate from Gannon University, in Erie PA. She received her Master degree in Physician Assistant Science. She is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a Registered Physician Assistant in New York State.

Crystal is also an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, as well as the New York Society of Physician Assistants. She has worked as a Physician Assistant in Western New York since 2005, specializing in dermatology since 2018. She has been awarded Diplomate Fellow status by the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the highest level of education for physician assistants in this field.

A native of Rochester, Maria received her undergraduate degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in Biology with honors in 2000. She received her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies with honors in 2003 from Arcadia University in Philadelphia, PA.

Maria is nationally certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants and is a registered Physician Assistant in New York State. She was also one of the the first Diplomate Fellows of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Maria has practiced Dermatology in Rochester since 2003. She is experienced in both medical and cosmetic Dermatology and has treated patients of all ages.

Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Katy completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at SUNY University at Buffalo in 2011, and her Master of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Rochester in 2022.  Katy is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in New York State.  She completed a 2-year Nurse Practitioner Dermatology Fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center in 2024, during which she cared for both complex and general dermatology patients across the lifespan.

In her spare time, she enjoys home improvement projects, good food and coffee, traveling and playing golf with her husband, and spending time with family, friends and their cat, Matt, and dog, Haley.

Native of Rochester, Stephanie completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Nuclear Medicine Technology degrees at the University at Buffalo in 2007 and 2008. Stephanie spent 5 years working as a registered nurse in the medical intensive care unit, as well as a year in dermatologic surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center.

Stephanie graduated with honors with her Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from St. John Fisher College in 2013. Stephanie is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitoners National Certification Board and is a licensed nurse practitioner in Family Health in NYS . She has been practicing as a nurse practitioner in dermatology in Rochester, NY since 2013.

Jennifer is a dedicated Physician Assistant who graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2004. Certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), she has been practicing dermatology since 2004 and brings extensive experience in dermatologic care. Throughout her career, Jennifer has remained committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care while staying current with advancements in dermatologic treatments and technology. She focuses on individualized care and clear communication while guiding patients through their care. Jennifer takes pride in building lasting relationships with patients and helping them feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

Jennifer is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates and the Rochester Regional Physician Assistant Association, reflecting her dedication to professional development and excellence in patient care. Outside of the office, she enjoys yoga, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
